Today, Gail is an advocate for education through sharing her story. She connects with other Witnesses who have gone through a similar experience and lets them know they have a choice. Their life does not have to be defined by what they have experienced. Through this process, she has also been able to educate those who view Witnesses as “those people who knock on my door” and help them to understand what the culture is within the organization.
